It automatically switches off the engine if you leave the ATV unexpectedly, helping prevent damage to the machine, rider or others nearby. Note: Normally Closed kill switches complete a circuit when the lanyard clip is installed. When the lanyard clip is removed, the circuit is opened and the machine is disabled. If you are unsure whether your machine uses a Normally Open or Normally Closed system, consult the factory service manual.
